Last Day Arrangements - Year 11

Dear Parents/Carers,

As we reach the May half term break I wanted to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of Year 11 students and the support that you have given them.  We know that this is a very intense period of their education, but they have been brilliant and your support as parents is invaluable.

I would like to make you aware of the following updates.

Year 11 students are expected to attend school every day in full uniform until Friday 13th June.  Students will be allowed to leave school after their exam on Friday 13th of June.

Year 11 students will then only be required to attend school when they have an exam the following week, all exams will have a warm up session prior to the exam, times will be shared with students via email. When attending their exams students should be in full school uniform.

Year 11 students will have a leavers event on Thursday 19th June 12:00 – 14:00. Students do not have to wear uniform. There will be an assembly from 12.00 to 12.30 following which students will all move over to D block for food and shirt signings.  Students will not be allowed to re-enter the main building from this point. At 2pm students will be dismissed through the top gate by D block.

Year 11 PROM is being held at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground on Saturday 21st June from 7pm to 10.30pm.  Deadline for purchasing tickets is Wednesday 5th June.

Year 11 results day will be on Thursday 21st August 9:00 – 11:00, if students are unable to collect their results in person we need written confirmation from them stating how they would like to receive their results. They can nominate a family member or have them posted. All requests need to be sent via email to dataexams@nusa.org.uk before Tuesday 19th August from the student.

Once again, thank you for your support both through this exam period and for the time your children have been with us at NUSA.
