This Week at NUSA:
Welcome back to all of our students for the first week of the last term of this academic year; I hope you had a good break if you were away over the Easter holidays!
We welcome back Mrs. Barker (Deputy Headteacher) and Mrs. Rooney (PE teacher) from maternity leave, as well as welcoming Mrs. Musson as our new Head of Technology. In addition, Miss Croshaw has also started her new role as Head of Year 7 this week.
A massive well done to those students who attended intervention sessions over the holidays, and thank you for supporting your children in attending them wherever possible. We will continue to work diligently to help our Y11 and Y13 to secure the best possible outcomes; thank you for working with us on this!
As you’ll be aware from my letter from last week, we are having a focus on uniform from now, so as a reminder:
No more uniform cards for students exempting them from wearing uniform, unless authorised by Mr James or Miss Hemm
Students will be made to change into correct uniform from:
W/C 22nd April (Y7/8)
W/C 29th April (Y9&10)
