Celebrate Individuality Day

Dear Parent/Carer,

Celebrate Individuality Day- Thursday 5th May 2022

As you are already aware, we are passionate about giving the best experiences to your child at NUSA. We wanted to notify you that we will be hosting a ‘Celebrate Your Individuality’ Day on Thursday 5th May 2022.

From 50p to £2, we will have:

•   Variety of foods from a wide range of cultures
•   Henna station (at the end of the school day, for drying purposes, from 3.00-3.30pm)
•   Face paints of flags
•  Recommended reading
•  A photo wall backdrop

We will be learning about all aspects of individuality and are encouraging your child to dress in an outfit of their choice, particularly if it is linked to their own heritage. There will be no charge for this.

This event came from the majority of our pupils requesting a day where they could celebrate themselves and come together to learn from each other. As you can imagine, we are extremely proud of this and to serve this community.
