Win for Year 7 boys football team
Due to the high turnout of students attending extra-curricular clubs, we have two teams running for Year 7 football. The A team had their first fixture of the season against Bluecoat academy. NUSA was 1 – 0 down at half time due to a lucky strike against the run of play. In the second half, playing downhill, NUSA stepped it up, resulting in 5 second half goals, including star striker Owen scoring a hat trick. A fantastic winning start for the A team!
Both team have also taken part in a 5-a-side tournament, with Team A representing the school and Team B getting through to the semi-finals.
